These Terms of Use govern access to sirokolabs.com and the use of content, downloads and digital products offered under the Siroko Labs brand.

In these Terms, “Siroko Labs”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Studio Formaat s.r.o.
2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or professional purposes. You must not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, extract substantial portions by automated means, distribute malicious code, use it for unlawful activity, or misrepresent your relationship with Siroko Labs.
3. Website information
We aim to keep information accurate and current. However, descriptions, screenshots, compatibility information, prices and availability may change. Website content is general information and not professional, legal, financial or technical advice.
4. Digital products
Before purchasing or installing a product, you are responsible for checking supported applications and versions, system requirements, suitability for your workflow and stated limitations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we cannot guarantee compatibility with future versions of third-party software.
5. Purchases and payments
Purchases are processed through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record and handles payments, applicable sales taxes, receipts and digital delivery. Purchases may also be subject to Gumroad’s terms and policies. Product questions can be sent to hello@sirokolabs.com; payment or checkout issues may need to be handled by Gumroad.
6. Licence
Unless a product-specific licence states otherwise, purchasing or downloading a Siroko Labs product grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for your own personal or professional work.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publicly share the product or source files; make them available to another person; remove ownership or licence notices; create or distribute a competing product from them; or circumvent licence, purchase or access restrictions.
The product remains the intellectual property of Studio Formaat s.r.o. or the relevant rights holder. A product-specific licence takes precedence over this general licence.
7. Free products and trial versions
Free, Lite, demo or trial versions may be limited. Free availability does not permit redistribution, resale or incorporation into another product unless expressly stated. We may modify or discontinue free products at any time.
8. Updates and support
A purchase includes only what is expressly described on its product page. We do not guarantee a particular update schedule, indefinite support, compatibility with every environment, or development of requested features.
9. Digital-content cancellation and refunds
Digital products are generally delivered immediately. Where consumer law requires consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost once delivery begins, this may be collected during Gumroad checkout.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Refund requests are assessed under applicable law, Gumroad’s processes and conditions shown on the product page.
10. Your files and backups
Some products may modify documents or project content. Before using a tool on important material, create a backup and test it on a copy where practical. You are responsible for reviewing output before production use.
11. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, graphics, branding, interfaces, documentation, scripts and downloads are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
12. Third-party products and links
References to third-party software and trademarks are for identification and compatibility only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Siroko Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by those parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, software changes, terms or availability.
13. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated and mandatory statutory rights. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, suitability for every purpose, or compatibility with every configuration.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, opportunity or data, or damage resulting from unsupported software, incompatible environments, misuse, or inadequate backups.
For claims connected with a paid product, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for that product unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes and availability
We may update the website, products, documentation and these Terms, or suspend or discontinue a feature or product. Such changes do not affect rights acquired under mandatory law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Czech law. Consumers elsewhere retain mandatory protections of their habitual residence. Contact hello@sirokolabs.com first regarding disputes. Czech consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), www.coi.cz.
